Bless Data - Privacy Policy
Last Modified: May 6, 2026
This is the Privacy Policy of TX Labs Limited (“Bless Data”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered under Costal Building Wickham’s Cay II, P.O. Box 2221, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands.
Bless Data operates the https://bless.network website (the “Website”) as well as the Bless Data browser extension, dashboard, applications, and services that are made available by Bless Data through the Website (collectively, the “Bless Data Services”). The Bless Data Services provide users with a browser extension that enhances their interactions with AI platforms and large language model (LLM) systems, including proactive prompting features.
We take privacy seriously and are committed to transparency about our data practices. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information in connection with the Bless Data Services.
This Privacy Policy has been prepared in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws in the markets we serve, including:
This summary is provided so you can quickly understand our data practices. The detailed sections below are authoritative and provide the complete description of our practices.
What we collect. Account information you provide (email, username, password); browsing and usage data when you use the extension (URLs visited, page titles, metadata, timestamps); AI interaction data when you use the extension on AI platforms (prompts you submit, responses you receive, proactive-prompt interactions); technical and device data (IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, crash and performance data). See Section 5.
How we handle it. We use this data only to operate, provide, secure, and improve the user-facing features of the Bless Data Services — running the extension, delivering proactive prompting, fixing bugs, responding to support requests, and protecting against fraud and abuse. See Section 6.
Where we store it. On our infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States, with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and routine security monitoring. We retain data for the periods described in Section 11 and apply the security safeguards described in Section 12.
Who we share it with. Only the limited service providers required to operate the Bless Data Services (hosting, customer support, communications, analytics, professional advisors), and other parties only as required by law or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell your personal information. We do not transfer your personal information to third parties for advertising or remarketing. We do not use or transfer your personal information to train, develop, or improve generalized AI or machine learning models. See Section 8 and Section 9.
The Bless Data browser extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store. Our collection, use, and transfer of any user data received through the extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
If our practices change in any way that affects the above, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users in advance through in-extension notifications and on our Website.
Personal information is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Under certain laws that may apply to you, personal information may also include information that identifies a specific household or device.
We collect personal information from you based on the Bless Data Services that you choose to access and use. The categories of personal information we may collect are as follows:
Contact and identification information, such as your email address, username, password (stored in hashed form), and any other information you provide when creating an account.
Any other personal information that you choose to provide when you contact us for support, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with us.
Important Note on Data Collection. When you install the Bless Data extension, you must manually opt in to data collection before any of the data described in Sections 5.2, 5.3, and 5.4 is collected. The proactive prompting feature operates only after you have opted in and are actively using the extension. You may withdraw your opt-in at any time by uninstalling the extension or by contacting us at [email protected].
We use the personal information described in Section 5 only for the following purposes, each of which is directly tied to providing or improving the user-facing features of the Bless Data Services:
For users in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or BVI, the legal bases on which we rely for each of these purposes are set out in Section 21.
We will obtain your consent before sending you promotional emails or other electronic messages, except where applicable law permits us to send such messages without prior consent. You can opt out or unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such message or by contacting us at [email protected].
You will also receive service-related transactional communications about your account and activities (for example, when you create an account or reset your password). You may not opt out of receiving these transactional communications while you have an active account.
We share your personal information only as described in this section. The categories of recipients are limited to service providers that help us operate the Bless Data Services, our affiliates, parties involved in a corporate transaction, and parties to whom disclosure is required by law.
We work with third-party service providers that help us operate the Bless Data Services. These service providers are contractually required to protect your personal information and to use it only for the purposes for which we share it with them. The categories are:
We may share your personal information with our corporate affiliates if you request products or services that are provided by them.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to handle your personal information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose your personal information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms and Conditions; (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Bless Data, our users, or others.
Because our infrastructure is hosted in the United States, when you use the Bless Data Services your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. For details on the legal mechanisms we rely on for transfers from the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and BVI, see Section 21.
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding 12 months.
We do not share or transfer your personal information to third parties in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not transfer your personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If our practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide you with the opportunity to opt out before any sale of your personal information takes place.
We may create aggregated or anonymized data from personal information. Aggregated and anonymized data does not identify you and is not personal information. We may use and share this data for any lawful purpose, including measuring product performance and publishing product or industry insights. We do not attempt to re-identify aggregated or anonymized data.
We retain your personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. The retention periods we apply are:
Where we anonymize data instead of deleting it, the resulting data is no longer personal information and is treated as described in Section 10.
We maintain commercially reasonable physical, technological, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your personal information against loss and unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or destruction.
Our security measures include:
No system is perfectly secure. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any incident involving the loss of, or unauthorized access to or disclosure of, your personal information.
Data Breach Notification. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and applicable regulators in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on the jurisdiction in which you reside, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information. These rights are not absolute, and exceptions may apply under applicable law.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Unless you are based in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or BVI, by accessing and using the Bless Data Services you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by:
Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide you with the Bless Data Services.
The Bless Data Services may contain links to other websites, including AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar services. These third parties have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for how they collect, use, or disclose your personal information. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site or platform before providing them with personal information.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to delete the information.
We honor “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals transmitted by web browsers. When the Bless Data extension detects a DNT signal, it does not collect Browsing and Usage Data or AI Interaction Data through the extension.
DNT support is not uniform across browsers. If you wish to opt out of data collection in addition to or instead of using DNT, you may contact us at [email protected] or uninstall the Bless Data extension.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-extension notifications and by posting an updated version on our Website. The “Last Modified” date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was most recently updated. Your continued use of the Bless Data Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
